1. Purpose
WeddIn is a connecting platform that lets users discover and book spots for wedding events, and lets organizers publish their listings.
2. User account
Creating an account is required to use WeddIn's features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for the information they publish (date, location, price, capacity). WeddIn is not responsible for changes or cancellations decided by organizers.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (CMI). Your banking information is never stored by WeddIn.
5. Wallet
Your wallet has two balances: • Balance (real money): from your sales, withdrawable to a bank account. • Credits: from referrals or promotions, usable only within the app and expiring after 5 months.
6. Referral program
The referral program grants 5 € in credits to both the referrer and the referred user upon sign-up. These credits are not withdrawable.
7. Cancellations and refunds
In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, a full refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Changes
WeddIn reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes.
